Alhumdulillah, having seen the selfless response of many people within Leicester UK, and around the world the decided to work with partners to ensure Olive Tree can be a hub to accelerate relief efforts.
Over 25 pallets of nappies, wipes, sanitary products and milk powder was sent via Ummah Welfare Trust and Leicester Turkish Muslims.
It was beautiful to see strangers become Brothers and Sisters as full vehicles were emptied onto pallets and packed securely.
From having families deliver van loads to children carrying nappies to contribute.
Alhumdulillah, Olive Tree is honoured to be a part of such moments.
